Technology is changing every day.  This 2 session seminar will discuss technologies that are existing or new options that are available to you or are affecting your lives.
In the first class we will discuss smart homes and your personal online security and privacy. I will demonstrate the Amazon echo, and how it interfaces with other items in your house. I will also give an overview of things you can do to protect your online identity and how to limit your exposure online.

In the second class I will discuss solar power options for your home, and my experience of driving an electric car for the last 3 years.
