RETIREMENT SURVIVAL BUDGET – Starts 10/20 (Fridays 1:10-3:10 p.m. for 4 weeks) by Barbara Lewis

Based on the book "How to make your money last" by Jane Bryant Quinn, we will discuss several plans to keep your retirement afloat and enjoyable. What can you do to stretch your retirement income? Should you change your medical insurance, take out a reverse mortgage, invest in stocks and bonds, fund an IRA, get a part-time job? Your best choices will depend upon your specific situation. Are you content to live at home or does your health condition require that you plan for a long term care facility? In four sessions we will cover a wide expanse of suggestions and answer a host of questions you may have about the topic.
