SUMMARY:CANCELLED - Power Hour Lunch - "The One Thing" with Chad Lariscy from The Mountain Life Team
DESCRIPTION:Join us for this month's Power Hour Lunch!\n\nChad Lariscy\, from the Mountain Life Real Estate Team will be speaking about "The One Thing."\nChad Lariscy is the CEO\, Team Leader\, and a realtor at The Mountain Life Real Estate Team | Keller Williams Realty. Born and raised in Blue Ridge and residing in Blairsville for over 20 years\, Chad Lariscy is no stranger to life in the North Georgia Mountains. His intimate knowledge of the area\, as well as his background in real estate\, make him an excellent CEO\, team leader\, and motivator of The Mountain Life Real Estate Team. Chad has recently moved from production into the role of training and mentoring his team of 16\, which includes Realtors\, a Lead Listing Specialist\, a Digital Marketing Manger\, and a Client Relationship Manager. Additionally\, Chad utilizes his heavy marketing skills to promote homes and property listed with his team. He has been enjoying the challenges and competition of the real estate market for over 15 years as a licensed agent. One of the greatest joys he receives is developing lifelong friendships with clients and the knowledge that he has helped make their dreams of living in the mountains a reality.\n\nBefore working in real estate\, he was the owner of a 70-year-old family owned and operated furniture\, appliance\, and lighting company in Blue Ridge. This\, along with his experience in building cabins and working alongside developers\, helped him gain knowledge in the real estate business. Knowing that he enjoyed working with people and home construction\, Chad knew real estate would be a perfect fit for him. \n\nSince community involvement is of paramount importance to Chad\, he regularly hosts client events that promote local businesses while concurrently raising awareness and giving back to local non-profit organizations. The Mountain Life Real Estate Team also serves in the Annual Keller Williams Red Day by participating in different community projects. The Team is an active member of the Union\, Fannin\, Towns\, and Gilmer Chambers of Commerce.\n\nChad has been married to the love of his life\, Kristi\, for over 25 years. They have a growing family that includes: their oldest daughter Madison and her husband\, Noah\, teenage son\, Bryson\, and youngest daughter\, Kaden. He and his family are very active in their church and strive each day to live a God-centered life. Because he loves his chosen profession in real estate\, spending time with his clients gives him tremendous satisfaction. Chad is grateful for the opportunity to live\, work\, and play in the community he loves with the people he loves.
