They have 2 children\, Emma who is senior at at The University of North Georgia\, Dahlonega and a son\, Tanner is a freshman at North Georgia Technical College. They are his greatest treasure.\n\nDoug has the privilege of being the Leadership Development Consultant at Chick-fil-A Blairsville where it is his pleasure to impact the Team and watch them Thrive!\n\nRecently he began his own venture called People Matter Consulting. If he had to choose a word that motivates him it would be\, People\; he loves People! God loves people more than anything! Since that is the case he wants to know and understand as much as possible about them. He wants to learn from and lead them\, he wants to inspire and adventure with them. He is a student of people and the education is endless.
