What is pilates? Pilates is a form of exercise with emphasis on strengthening the body along with creating core strength too! It is a system that also helps balance the body while stretching as well. The beauty of pilates is any Body can do pilates from the extreme fit to limitations as well. Age does not matter.
Let me guide you through a weekly class that will be modified to your specific needs.
There will be props included that you will need to purchase on Amazon. A ball, theraband and a foam roller. A small investment that you will use on your own as well. I promise to share my pilates passion and how it has inspired me for the last 28 years!
