Customer Support Representative

Help man the telephone support line to assist customers with questions and issues with their BMS computer system.  Assemble and stage systems for delivery to customer site.

Proficient troubleshooter
Exceptional telephone etiquette
    Diverse PC knowledge
    Maintain composure and patience in the face of difficult customer situations
    Act as a conduit between equipment vendors and the customers to resolve hardware issues in the field
    Ability to work after hours on-call one day a week and one weekend per month after training is complete
