Job Summary:

In this role, you are the backbone of our operations, ensuring our high-tech production lines stay running and our facility stays safe. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain: Execute precise preventive maintenance schedules to keep our machines in top shape.
- Fix: Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems on the fly.
- Improve: Work on equipment upgrades and find ways to make our processes even better.
- Record: Keep detailed logs of your work to maintain our high-quality certifications.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma
- Industrial Expertise: Proven experience maintaining industrial machinery such as CNC machines, conveyor systems, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
- Core Systems Knowledge: Working knowledge of PLC functionality, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and complex fluid power systems (hydraulics/pneumatics).
- Fabrication Skills: Proficiency in welding (MIG/Resistance) and metal fabrication.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that includes noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Engineering.
