Production / Order Coordinator
Description
The Order Management Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position support Production Scheduling to maintain a smooth order flow from entry to fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and validate customer orders in the ERP system
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with scheduling department regarding order updates
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems and order processing
- Excellent Communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain operations preferred
